Motivation

Writing about something you barely have at the moment is kind of ironic. Fall/winter are my favorite seasons. One of the main reasons, i just love the chill air outside, cold wind blowing into my face, leaves falling down, changing their colors. It is just so beautiful outside. I also tend to get very emotional during holiday season, since decorating is one of greatest hobbies. The days are shorter, it turns dark earlier and you tend to be really grumpy in the morning. There are a lot of ways to keep yourself motivated, although you would love to lay in your cozy bed all day. Here are a few tips which keep me going lately. Loving this seasons is also very tricky, because i am torn between being tired and full of energy.


How to be motivated during this season (might also work for other seasons)

  1. Go to bed earlier, rest enough
  2. Drink a lot of water/tea
  3. Shower in the morning (hot or cold, whatever suits you the best)
  4. Go for walks
  5. Get some "me-time"
  6. Meet your friends for coffee 
  7. Do sports
  8. Don't push yourself too hard, it is also alright to just take a day off
  9. Write a to-do list, so you don't have to rush and forget stuff
  10. Decorate your room/apartment all seasonal and add as much candles as possible.
